We use a return period of 30 days during which the customer may return his or her package without giving any reason. These 14 days start when the package is received. Please note that the return shipment must be sent back to us within these 30 days. All returned items must be new and in pristine condition with all the tags still attached.

We have been shipping for many years, worldwide fragile orders such as chandeliers, furniture, lamps, decoration etc. Everything is of course very carefully and securely packed, and shipped insured. Should something go wrong with your package, you will of course get a new one or your money back.

Production time varies by product, and shipping time obviously varies by address/country of receipt. With the products it is nicely mentioned how long it will take approximately, before you order. But of course after the shipment you will also receive a track and trace code to follow your order.
